5:00 PM – Arrival, Registration, Silent Auction, Cash Bar

6:00 PM – Dinner

Seasonal Garden Salad, Chicken Florentine, Atlantic Salmon, Peppercorn-Crusted Sirloin (carving station), Whipped Potatoes, Honey-Glazed Carrots, Desserts.
